5/5I was on the fence about buying a refurbished coffee machine but it's been 3 months of daily usage and still going strong! The machine came with all the accessories and the manufacturer cleaning tablets. 5/5I received my order within a couple days (I did order it in the evening so probably would've been quicker!) and to say I ordered it in fair condition I was very happy! It actually included more than I thought it would after reading the description, the only thing I needed to do was download the manual on my laptop from online! The only noticeable things was a few scratches on the drip tray and you could tell the milk jug had had some use but I think to say its refurbished and fair condition this is very good!!! I just cleaned up the jug with some stain remover and it looked brand new! and as for the scratches on the drip tray, I bought this coffee machine as an upgrade. I bought a cheap espresso machine a couple years ago so I know how easy it is to catch scratches with the drip tray so this didn't bother me because I thought I was probably going to end up getting a few accidental scuffs on it myself! 5/5I couldn't be happier with the machine! The condition is brand new (in my view) despite it literally not being new, including the packaging, which was satisfying to encounter when opening the box. I've had the machine about a month now and can't fault it, it's working perfectly. 5/5Ordered the machine after looking at it for ages. I don’t regret it. I worked as a barista and yes, this machine won’t let you do great puck prep if you want to use a WDT tool. But it’s quick and easy. I can’t remember the condition I’ve ordered but the machine looks brand new.
