4,9/5Found the website by chance, turned out to be the greatest chance. Found a 256gb IPhone 8 for the lowest price on the market, condition was chosen as good however the condition is excellent. Battery health was 100% Waited and tested for more than a week before leaving feedback. I definitely recommend these folks. Trustworthy. 4,4/5Very pleased with my new phone. I was keen to find one that was not super sized like most newer ones so the refurb route was perfect plus much greener too! The phone arrived well packaged and works great. If was a bit more 'used' looking than I was expecting for the good category, but no big issues as if works fine. 1,9/5I rarely write any reviews, but this experience was just so shockingly bad. I purchased a "fair" looking phone on the website and it arrived quite promptly. It was a bit more chipped on the sides than I would have preferred, but I had ordered "fair" after all, and the screen looked great. Once setting up, messages kept popping up that the battery and screen were not Apple genuine part. Again, I wouldn't have been too bothered but the screen kept freezing and the phone just shut down several times, so I decided to send the phone back. The battery quality - despite being almost new - was also terrible and lasted less than the same phone with 82% battery capacity (genuine apple part), so much about purchasing materials in similar quality... When sending back I was told that I was unable to get a replacement before I had sent it back and the refurbishment company agreed on the return or repair (the person I was talking to literally told me that it wouldn't be too bad without a phone for a few days). At this point I was already fed up and decided to order with another company and returned the phone I had purchased with backmarket.
