    Condition : Parfait état...!!! Les touches du claviers fonctionnent une fois sur 2, ce n'est pas des conditions de travail confortable. Jouer le jeu de la 2ème chance = Ok Mais payer le prix du neuf pour avoir un produit qui fonctionne une fois sur 2= NON

    Run away , this seller is a scammer, and backmarket customer service will not be there to help you. I purchase a computer and returned it because it was not corresponding to the description. The seller pretended having a problem to refund me and asked to open a case on paypal .After doing this, I got no news, no refund from them for 3 weeks. I sent several messages and all I got was automatic respond or lies pretending that was PayPal's responsibility. In fact, they were just waiting for me to forget it, so no refund would be possible because the case would be automatically closed after 30 days. I had to be smart enough to escalate the case and contact paypal directly to get my refund. Despite being forced to pay a 3eur insurance for a" 24h customer service and money guarantee back " , Backmarket did not do anything. They were told the same story by the seller and did not help me at all when I prevented them that the seller was trying to scam me , sending them all the proof I had. I have been feeling very alone, frustrated and angry. What a shame . After that, I found that the seller , located in Paris , has a very bad reputation and is known to scam customers. Never again !

    le pc que j'ai commandé devait étre en tres bon etat mais il y'a avait à l'arriere des marques de cutter comme s'il avait servi de support... plus important, le clavier est un qwerty avec des autoccolants et la résolution n'est du HD mais du 1366x768 3 jours pour arrivé, 3 jour renvoyé et 3 pour recevoir le remboursement
