Bon état extérieur ! Aucun problème niveau clavier ou écran. Aucune anomalie. Content de mon achat et du service Back market.

La batterie prend beaucoup de temps pour charger.. en plus la tablette devient très chaude pendant la chargement

Très bien. Sauf quelques problèmes au niveau du Webcam.

Superbe écran, je suis très heureux de l'avoir trouvé sur Backmarket à prix raisonnable. C'est un format qui ne se fait plus mais qui me convient parfaitement. L'écran n'était pas livré dans son emballage d'origine. Mais très bien protégé, il est arrivé en parfait état.

Livraison très rapide, produit comme neuf avec emballage d'origine et très propre. Pas d'indication sur le site sur la compatible avec ma surface pro 6, sur emballage noté pour surface pro 4 mais finalement s'adapte à la mienne donc je suis ravie

I bought my computer just a little bit more than one year ago as I wanted to reduce my carbon and e waste footprint and from one day to another, the display stopped to work.. I cannot use it anymore and cannot find anywhere a display to buy in order to fix the issue.. Backmarket offers me only 5% to buy again on their website, which is ridiculous after such a big investment from my side and the obligation to buy a fully new computer again. It has only last for 16 months..! I thought the idea behind that was to reduce our emissions and consumption of new product. Instead, it pushes me to buy another device and create some more waste (economically and physically) as Backmarket doesn´t want to take back the computer (that I thought they could fix and refurbish again as they did previously). I´m really disappointed on this service, and it put me on a delicate situation financially. I don´t recommend you to buy any of these products.

Bien reçu , fonctionne très bien mais pour un très bon état et pour le prix je m’attendais à une meilleure qualité. Il y a pas mal d’endroits où il manque de la peinture.
