    L’ordinateur rencontre des problèmes après 4 mois seulement d’achat. Une grande marque noir est apparu sur l’écran, ce qui rentre l’utilise quasi impossible.

    I'm extremely happy with the ease of purchase, the speed of delivery and the packaging (simple and extremely rugged). After a few hours of setting up (I used Apple's Migration Assistant - so easy) I've had the chance to walk around, type a bit, and so on. My old kit (happily, sitting alongside) had a keyboard issue and - blow me - so does this one! It took a while to find. I was scrolling through pictures and found that I couldn't go back because the left-arrow key is damaged. So, I must return the device for repair. Please advise the procedure.

    Delighted with this Mac, which does everything with aplomb and way beyond my own capabilities. The M1 is way faster and smoother than my older Intel based model, also the graphics are tremendous. But, everything works extremely well and looks & feels great. Don't really know why anyone would find the need to pay a fortune for a newer model, except possibly top professionals? The Touch Bar is brilliant and extremely useful so I don't understand why many reviews are suggesting it's removal. I don't agree, but unfortunately this may be the direction Apple will take! Great machine, great price & excellent condition, thanks.
